Not far from Wörgl is the cross-country ski centre Angerberg/Mariastein with approx. 40 km of prepared trails. Part of the cross-country trail network is illuminated and can even be used by night-time. Additionally, fans of Nordic skiing can look forward to a approx. 148 km long cross-country trail network which they can explore around Wilder Kaiser.
The 2.2 km long high-altitude trail in near Hochbrixen is also recommendable. The trail will reward you with an impressive panoramic view. In the other villages around Wilder Kaiser you can also explore the dreamlike surroundings on many new paths thanks to the many different cross-country ski trails.
