Important notes

• Rooms are not cleaned on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
• Please note that your accommodation is located right in the ski area. Arrival and departure via the lift is only included in the price when booking a lift pass. Arrival is only possible during the gondola's opening hours (until 16:00) - arrival after this time will not be possible! Transport with the "Wildkogelbahn" lift is possible starting from 14:30 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
• To get there, use the "Wildkogelbahn" lift from Neukirchen am Großvenediger, where a parking lot ("Parkplatz P1") will be available to use for the length of your stay. Luggage transport is only possible outside of rush hours (i.e. from 09:00 to 10:30 and 15:00 to 16:00). Once you have arrived at the mountain station of the Neukirchen-Woldkogel lift, you can either hand in your luggage to the lift staff or take it yourself via the "Ganzeralm" chair lift (approx. 60 m away) down to the valley station. The hotel is located approx. 40 m above the valley station of the "Ganzeralm" chair lift. If you have not booked a lift pass, you must purchase a ticket in resort for the ascent and descent.
• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
